Alzheimer's disease, memory impairment, and dementia all share common ground, although their challenges and effects on the individual are varied. I created this website to keep a record of one journey through the ups and downs of being a caregiver to the best of the best. In addition, I invite all of you to chronicle your personal stories. Working together, collaborating, and learning to care for those we have is the only path to a cure. I am dedicated to this cause, regardless of how long it takes. The support I've already received has been invaluable. I know you feel just as dedicated. There is a saying that “the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” If I can take just one step toward finding a cure, my work here is done. I hope that you all share this same goal.
